The goal of the intro week is to give you an easy entry point into our program and build a solid base of support to start your journey towards better health and wellness on!

During this week, our coaches learn more about you through our welcome form.  From there, we will place you in the program that is designed best for you!

We have multiple programs that are designed for all levels from a truck driver that workouts out consistently but wants more structure to a driver that hasn’t exercised in years! We all have programs designed for different locations. We understand that it snows and rains. We also understand some people would rather workout in the privacy of their truck. So, we have In The Truck workout options, too!

You’re done with the first week of the program and it’s time for the real fun to start! After the first week, you are placed into the program that is designed best for you!

That might be our Beginner Program that is designed for truck drivers who haven’t exercised in years, but want to get back into it, or our Out Of The Truck Program, which is designed as a more intense workout option for drivers who might workout off and on but want more structure

We designed this program specifically for truck drivers.  We took into account the mental, physical and psychological problems truck drivers face on a given day and paired that with the goals that we know a lot of truck drivers have for their health and wellness.  And we got this program!  This is just the beginning and we don’t plan on it ending here! There’s a lot more coming in the future and we are excited that you are going to be a part of it!
