  • Daily TruckFit workouts designed to be done in or just outside of your truck. Each workout is 20-30 minutes long and doesn’t require you to purchase any extra equipment or gym memberships.
    • A free resistance band, which is all the equipment you’ll need.
  • Daily 5 minute Truck Stop workouts to help you move throughout the day or get some exercise on those days that you might not have time for the full workout.
  • Video and written instruction on exactly what to do and how to do it.
  • Nutritional guidance for you to eat healthy while on the road including restaurant guides and a guide for how to eat healthy at a truck stop.
  • Accountability in the form of daily messages through our app, 24/7 access to messaging a coach, and group messaging with other like minded truck drivers.
  • Weekly mental health, mindset, and lifestyle education on different topics specific to truck driving and life on the road.
  • Access to the TFC community: A private community of truck drivers ready to help encourage each other.  This community also has a 24/7 live voice channel, where you can talk to other drivers throughout North America. We call this the modern day CB Radio!

Fill Out The Intro Questionnaire!

What's The Intro Questionnaire?

We all have different starting points.  For example, a driver of 40 years who hasn’t exercised since high school and a new driver who exercises on a consistent basis, probably shouldn’t be on the same program.

That’s why the first thing that each member does when signing into our app for the first time is fill out the intro questionnaire. It gives us a lot of great information such as your current fitness level, any health issues that might affect your ability to exercise, or if you’re a solo or team driver.

After that, one of our trucking industry specialized coaches personally goes through your questionnaire and places you in the best program for your situation.

In the meantime, we have a intro program that you can start the day you sign up! It has multiple workout options so you can choose the one that you feel fits your ability best!

You’re done with the intro program and it’s time for the real fun to start! After the intro program, you are placed into the program that is designed best for you.

That might be our Beginner Program that is designed for truck drivers who haven’t exercised in years, but want to get back into it. Or our Out Of The Truck Program, which is designed as a more intense workout option for drivers who might workout off and on but want more structure.

We designed this program specifically for you and all the other truck drivers out there.  We took into account the mental and physical problems you face on a given day.  Then paired that with the goals that we know you and a lot of truck drivers have for your health and wellness.  And we got this program!  This is just the beginning and we don’t plan on it ending here! There’s a lot more coming in the future and we are excited that you are going to be a part of it!
